We carry a whole line of carpet cleaners and spotters. One of our reps will come out and work with you or your cleaning staff to resolve your issue.

 

• Do you have a showroom where I could come by to see all the products you guys carry?

Yes, we have a helpful staff here that can show you different types of products that we carry. We are located at 8573 Garden Grove Blvd. Garden Grove, CA 92844.

We service the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, along with surrounding counties. We also ship out-of-state.

Yes, Orange and Los Angeles County has a minimum order of 399.00 and Riverside and San Bernardino County are 499.00. San Diego County is 799.00

 

• Does Orange Coast Chemical/ Janitorial Supply provide delivery service and how long does it take to get a delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery with a minimum order. If under a minimum order there is a 10.00 delivery charge for local deliveries. All orders usually ship the next day if order before 2pm.

 

• We are a management company with several properties in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County area; can you supply all properties with your products?

Yes, we can set up your account as soon as you sign up either online or over the phone if you dial our office number, 7145313570. We can also give you next day delivery service to all

individual properties.

 

• Does Orange Coast Chemical / Supply Supply offer a FREE dispenser program for paper products?

Yes, all free dispenser programs are decided on an individual basis and require approval by management.

Yes, we offer all credit cards and also payment by ongoing credit card authorization, cash, business check, in addition to credit terms for businesses.

 

• What if I receive any products missing or damaged?

We accept products back in its original packaging up to 30 days from date of purchase with receipt. Anything damaged or missing must be reported back to Orange Coast Chemical/

Janitorial within 24 hours.

 

• What if I can’t find the item I need on your website?

We carry thousands of products and we cannot show them all online. If you are looking for a specific item that isn’t shown online please call us and we will find it for you.
